Strategic BPO Redefined

With over 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Zahari leads our team with a strategic vision and a passion for innovation.

What's the one thing that excites you the most about your role?
“What excites me about my role is the freedom to actually help clients the way they need to be helped. Every business runs differently, and being able to adapt and build solutions around their specific operations is what keeps it interesting. I’m not boxed in — I can make real impact where it counts. And the way we work across teams at PSI makes that possible. Communication is fast, honest, and efficient. That kind of rhythm makes everything I do more effective, impactful, and, frankly, more satisfying.”
What’s one lesson from your education and early career that still influences how you approach a task at hand?

“One lesson that’s stuck with me since my early career in retail sales is the value of listening before acting. When you’re face-to-face with customers, you learn quickly that assumptions cost you—and that understanding what someone actually needs is fundamental to earning trust and driving results. That mindset carried over as I moved into logistics and supply chain work. Whether I’m managing vendors, optimizing inventory, or supporting a client’s operation, I approach it the same way: listen first, solve second.”

When you're not working, how do you like to recharge or stay inspired?

“When I’m not busy with PSI, I recharge by spending time with my wife and two daughters — that’s always the reset I need. And when I really want to clear my head and get re-energized, there’s nothing better than a loud, live rock concert. Music’s always been a go-to for inspiration and perspective.”
