What inspired you to start ProSource, and how has the journey shaped your leadership style?

“I started ProSource because I saw a gap in the BPO market—too many providers were focused on volume over value. I wanted to build something different: a company that truly acts as an extension of its clients’ teams, where quality and human connection come first. That mindset has shaped my leadership style to be collaborative and people-focused. I believe that if you support your team well, they’ll support your clients even better.”

What’s one lesson from your education and early career that still influences how you run the business today?

“One thing that’s stuck with me is the importance of adaptability. In my early career, I had to wear a lot of hats—whether it was customer service, operations, or strategy. It taught me to stay flexible, listen actively, and always be open to learning.”

When you're not working on growing PSI, how do you like to recharge or stay inspired?

“Cooking is my creative outlet. I love developing recipes and experimenting in the kitchen—it’s where I unwind and let ideas flow. Plus, it’s one of the few times I don’t mind making a mess.
